UAL Y3 DRAWING STUDENTS VISIT

In the coming weeks, I will be visiting the Year 3 BA Drawing students at the University of the Arts London for a session that will unfold through conversation and exchange.

While the specific focus of the visit is yet to be defined, I see it as an opportunity to share experiences, reflect on creative processes, and explore how different practices can intersect and inform one another.

I’m particularly interested in discovering how students working through drawing think about form, rhythm, and transformation — and how these ideas might connect with my own research into living materials and sculptural processes.

More than a presentation, I hope this encounter becomes a space for mutual learning — a moment to listen, question, and think together about what it means to create in dialogue with the world around us.

As with my work in mycelium, I approach this meeting with curiosity rather than expectation, trusting that something meaningful will grow from the exchange itself.
